Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RunClaw (“the Service”), operated at runclaw.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

RunClaw provides managed hosting for OpenClaw bots. Each instance is Docker-sandboxed, protected by UFW firewall and fail2ban, and accessible via SSH key authentication.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and SSH keys. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Distribute malware, spam, or engage in phishing
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other systems
  • Mine cryptocurrency without prior written consent
  • Host content that infringes on intellectual property rights

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Payment & Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly basis. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days’ notice.

6. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for downtime, data loss, or service interruptions. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RunClaw and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease and your data may be deleted after a 30-day grace period.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or on-site notice.
